Nortek Scientific Collaboration Receives AIF Grant

A team of researchers from Dalhousie University and Memorial University, in collaboration with Nortek Scientific, have been awarded a 2009 Atlantic Innovation Fund grant to develop advanced acoustic technology for measuring fluid and sediment movement in aquatic environments.

2009 Student Equipment Grant Awards

NortekUSA has awarded seven equipment and travel fund grants to graduate students working on innovative research projects focused on oceanographic, bio-physical and coastal engineering applications. This “word cloud” was developed from a culmination of all of the funded abstracts and gives a simple glimpse of the research topics.
